Thank you for your interest in our Lagotto or Affenpinscher. This questionnaire will help us become acquainted with prospective owners for one of our dogs. The information you provide will guide us in placing the right dog in the right home, ensuring the greatest possibility of success for a happy life together. This is not a contract and does not guarantee you a puppy or a dog. We interview prospective buyers very carefully to make sure a our dog will be a good match for you and your family.

    Do you have secured fenced backyard? Where will the puppy exercise and play?

    Lagotti tend to be enthusiastic alert-dog barkers, and some have a strong propensity to dig. Affens can be very protective as well. How do you feel about a dog that barks and digs?

    If you have children, what was their experience with dogs in the past? What are their ages?

    Who will be primarily responsible for raising the dog?

    Will you be doing your own grooming or do you have a groomer?
